We do not offer online checkout. All orders are placed by email. This lets us confirm your motherboard is actually compatible before you pay — most compatibility mistakes are caught at this step, not after shipping.

ASUS / Gigabyte / MSI / ASRock — same module, different adapter board. Shipping is quoted per destination in our reply.

The four steps

  1. 1. Find your motherboard details

    Note your motherboard's brand and exact model number — that's all we need to confirm compatibility for you. See Products & Compatibility for the supported list.

  2. 2. Send us an email

    Write to sales@authikey.com and include:

    • Your motherboard brand — ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI or ASRock
    • Your exact motherboard model number — so we can confirm compatibility
    • How many kits you want — each kit is US$53
    • Your full shipping address — including recipient name and a contact phone number for the courier

  3. 3. We confirm and send a payment link

    We verify compatibility, then reply with the total including shipping and a payment link (PayPal, in US dollars). Expect a reply within 1–2 business days.

  4. 4. We ship from Taipei

    After payment we ship from Taipei, Taiwan with tracking. Express delivery is available on request for an additional fee.

Returns & refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense; refunds are processed within two weeks of receiving the return. If we confirmed compatibility for your exact board model number and the module doesn't work on it, contact support@authikey.com first — we'll sort it out.
